Well Pict Blackened Shrimp with Raspberry Sauce
Ingredients:
1 pound of Peeled &Deveined 31/35 Count Raw Shrimp
1 cup fresh Raspberries
1/2 cup Raspberry jam
1/4 cup of orange juice
1 oz Blackened seasoning
1 oz olive oil
1 box Long Grain Wild Ricete
Directions:
Mix fresh berries, jam and orange juice in blender, mix until smooth.
Rice:
Follow direction on box and set aside.
Put shrimp and blackened seasoning in a 1-gallon plastic bag and toss until shrimp are coated evenly. Heat sauté pan add oil let the oil get hot then add shrimp cook until lightly brown (5-7 minutes).
Spoon rice on plate and arrange shrimp on top of the rice. Drizzle sauce over the shrimp and serve.
