Well Pict Strawberry Angel Lollipops with 3 Fun Flavored Creams

Makes 24 Lollipops

For Lollipops:
24 small bamboo wooden skewers
12 large strawberries, hulled and cut in half lengthwise
24 1-inch cubes of store bought angel food cake

Decoratively pierce one piece of angel food cake, then half a strawberry and lay flat on serving platter.

Cinnamon Cream:
1 1/2 cups non-dairy cream
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Whip together in medium size bowl and set aside and refrigerate.

Chocolate Cream:
1 1/2 cups non-dairy cream
3 oz. chopped semi-sweet chocolate

Melt chocolate in a microwave oven for 10 seconds. Rotate chocolate and melt for another 10 seconds. Stir until fully melted. Add 1/2 cup cream to melted chocolate mixture. Whisk well to combine, then add the rest of cream to bowl and mix well.

Blackberry Cream:
1 1/2cups fresh blackberries
1 1/2 cup non-dairy cream
1/4 cup water
4 tablespoons sugar

Puree fresh blackberries, water and sugar in food processor until smooth. Pour over a fine mesh strainer into a small saucepan. Compress all ingredients into pan. Over low heat, reduce till thickened like jam. Once cooled, whisk into cream.

Allow these fun flavored creams to sit at a cool room temperature or rewhip for easy dipping. You also can place a dollop on each strawberry for easy access.
