Well-Pict Strawberry Lime Martini
5 oz strawberry vodka
Juice of 1 lime
4 tbsp Well-Pict strawberry syrup (below)
3 cups of ice
Put ice in martini shaker. Add strawberry vodka, lime juice, and strawberry syrup and shake. Strain into martini glass, leaving ice behind. Garnish with lime and slice of strawberry.
Optional: Top with a little soda water for some brightness and fizz. Or rim the martini glass with sugar.
Well-Pict Strawberry Syrup:
¼ cup Well-Pict strawberry juice
¼ cup sugar
Mix well until sugar is dissolved.
Note: To make strawberry juice, use a juicer if available, or puree strawberries in a blender and strain.
