Well•Pict Baked Strawberry Chips
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash, dry, and remove stems from the berries. Use a mandolin to make ¼ inch slices (or use a very sharp knife to make thin slices by hand.) Spread out the strawberry slices on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 90 minutes. Remove the strawberries from the oven, flip over, and return to over for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool (they’ll firm up as they rest). Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature. Yields about a cup of baked chips.
