Well•Pict Berries Power Bowl
4 cups raspberries and/or strawberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
20 almonds, roasted and chopped
¼ cup cooked quinoa
¼ cup shaved coconut flakes
16 oz greek yogurt, plain, honey, or vanilla
Put all ingredients except the yogurt and coconut shavings in a bowl. Then, using the yogurt like a dressing, toss everything together. Serve in individual bowls. Garnish with shaved coconut flakes or any other preferred topping.
Other possible mix-in options include: flax seeds, blueberries, mango, other nuts, chocolate chips, etc.
