At Well-Pict, we capitalize on several unique growing locations to enrich its production of sweet, colorful, premium berries. We've taken full advantage of the west coast's extended growing season by establishing our numerous farms from Watsonville in the north all the way to the Baja California town of San Quintin in the south. Slight variations between each region's specific climates allow us to stagger harvest times without sacrificing quality. As a result, we're able to ship premium berries continuously throughout the year with no winter supply gap.

Experienced Growers and Field Crews.
If there's one thing we've learned over the years it's that experience matters. That's why we employ only the most experienced growers to oversee our farms. And why each of their field crews is trained to follow strict grading standards. Selective picking does cost more. But our policy is to provide our distributors and retailers with only 100% salable berries. Besides, the customer satisfaction we gain in return is immeasurable.

Gentle Handling by Skilled Packers.
Choosing the right berries from the plants is only half the job. Carefully packing the bulk flats and consumer clamshells is equally important. The broad array of consumer packaging units that we offer does make packing the berries more challenging. But our skilled staff is up to the challenge. Our packers are selected for their handling skills, extensively trained, and continually supervised to ensure that each berry container arrives at the market fully packed and attractively displayed.
