Basil wrapped, goat cheese stuffed strawberries
Makes: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
12 large Well Pict strawberries
6 tablespoon plain, herbed or flavored goat cheese
12 large basil leaves
Directions:
With melon baller, remove stem of strawberries, then scoop out the inside of the strawberry
with the small baller, enough to create a void for the goat cheese. Press in crumbled goat
cheese until strawberry is full, about 1/2 tablespoon goat cheese. Wrap berry with whole basil leaf,
secure with a fancy toothpick.
