Well•Pict Raspberry Chia Pudding
1 cup Well•Pict raspberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of your preference)
4 tablespoons chia seeds
4 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or agave
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder (1/2 of a teaspoon from an instant hot chocolate pack can work in a jam)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Other garnishes: almond slices, toasted coconut, chocolate chips, etc.
1. Mix milk, chia seeds, of your choosing, cocoa powder, and vanilla together. Pour into two separate serving dishes/glasses, then cover and refrigerate until hardened (will take a minimum of 8 hours)
2. When ready to serve, top with raspberries and other garnishes of your choosing. We recommend toasted almonds for some extra protein and crunch.
Makes 2 individual servings.
