Well•Pict Strawberry Sandwiches
1 loaf, unsliced challah, Hawaiian, or brioche bread
1 pound Well•Pict strawberries
1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp agave
Zest of one orange
¼ tsp vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, zest, and vanilla. Slice the strawberries very thin. Slice bread into ¼ inch thick slices, toast if desired (very lightly). For each sandwich, spread cream cheese mixture on both pieces of bread. Place strawberry slices on one side and top with the other piece of toast.
