If you’re anything like us, the crisp air and scattered green buds of mid-March put you in a buoyant, dinner alfresco state of mind. And while we may not all have a lanai to lounge on a la Blanche Devereaux, anyone can make the beginning of spring, well, a little springier with delicious recipes that scream sunshine and daffodils.
As the flowers begin to bloom and the winter chill abates, the best recipes are light, bright, and luscious. Fresh berries are an easy way to add the colors of the season to just about any meal…but we’ve put together a few that will really make your patio table stand out from the rest. We recommend any and all berries to perk up your breakfasts, lunches, snacks, dinners, and desserts: blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries.
