The Gift of Strawberries
Show your love and appreciation with fancied up fruit!
From bottles of wine at house warming parties to boxes of chocolates on Valentine’s day, food is a traditional option for gift-giving. With spring holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day quickly approaching, we wanted to share some of our favorite ways to give the gift of strawberries.

You can probably assemble these adorable strawberry “roses” from Babble.com in the time it would take you to go to a flower shop and pick out a bouquet. Depending on the type of flowers you’re interested in, this route might even be easier on your wallet while making it look like you put in a little extra effort to show your love.
Cut Strawberry Roses

Don’t have time to make dipped strawberries? Try making these strawberry roses from Ash and Craft. They’re even easier than the super easy recipe posted above. All you need is a knife, and however many strawberries you’d like to turn into roses. You can make an entire bouquet from one of our Well-Pict clamshells, or just make or two decorative garnishes to top a homemade dessert, or to help plate a romantic dinner for two.
Breakfast in Bed
Nothing says love like breakfast in bed! Your loved one will think this ricotta and cream cheese stuffed French toast with three berry compote tastes like room service from a fancypants hotel, but even the more amateur chef can pull it off with ease. Add one or two of the cut strawberry roses from above as an extra sweet, edible garnish.
